Responsibilities

• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and promotional displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; maintain a safe environment.
