Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage following guidelines.
• Opens/closes store; secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; leads store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; optimizes merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan and inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.
