Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, engage customers, and help drive sales in a dynamic fashion environment.

You will maintain store standards, assist with fitting rooms, process transactions, and support team operations while promoting our brands and loyalty programs. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store and drive sales.
• Engage with customers to learn interests and suggest products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide product information.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain POS integrity.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures as needed.
