Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor in Grapevine, TX to open and close the store, support sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach the sales team on engagement, loyalty, and store execution while ensuring brand standards and policies are consistently followed.

In this role, you will lead daily operations, promote the rewards program, and drive performance through strong merchandising and loss prevention practices, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong merchandising and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and maintain POS integrity.
• Coach team on customer engagement, loyalty, and sales goals.
• Ensure brand standards, store policies, and merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Lead daily store operations, including freight processing, safety, and loss prevention.
• Provide in‑the‑moment guidance to sales staff and support onboarding of new team members.
