Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead who will partner with the Store Manager to coach team members, drive sales performance, maintain an engaging selling environment, and ensure operational excellence when on duty.

The role includes opening/closing duties with store keys and leading staff in daily activities to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will help recruit and train staff, communicate priorities, and leverage store reports to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Retail or Sales experience is required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are expected.
• Proficiency with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop team members.
• Lead store operations to achieve sales, service, and branding goals.
• Open and close the store as assigned (store keys on duty).
• Drive customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate priorities and sales information effectively to staff.
• Support staffing and training to implement store programs.
