Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures policy compliance and excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor stocked and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily operations run smoothly.
