Five Below in Missouri (Blue Springs) seeks a store leader to ensure a WOW customer experience at checkout and oversee daily store operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and drive sales while maintaining merchandise integrity and store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly position with starting pay at $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills beneficial.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wows the customer by providing a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure staff deliver strong customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and products.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
