Job summary

Five Below is looking for a Store Manager/leadership role in Bucks County to drive customer WOW experiences and oversee daily store operations. You will train crew, manage schedules, and ensure efficient stock handling while maintaining a high-energy, fun environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of management and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising associates, and collaborating with leadership to boost sales and control costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinker with strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure great customer service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floors replenished efficiently.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash security, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
