Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and promotional materials.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and loss prevention.
• Keep the store clean, stocked and well-presented for customers.
