Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Wyncote location. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise from delivery to floor, and help train Store Associates.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Part-time position with opportunities to grow within the store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, reaching).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
