Job summary

Walgreens in New Jersey is seeking a diligent team member to support store operations as a key holder. You will open/close the store, handle cash, process refunds, and assist with deliveries to ensure the floor and stock rooms are ready for business.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model a high standard of service. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, with eligibility for state credentials as required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash, refunds, and price verifications.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Processes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate best practices to the team.
• Assist with store operations, inventory, pricing, and basic housekeeping.
