Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and the ability to implement company standards.
• Experience training associates and applying Open Door Policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through coaching and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence following OBW service model.
• Coordinate store operations including merchandising, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
• Promote a culture of belonging and develop hourly associates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business initiatives.
