Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales and manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues following OBW service model.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates; promote a culture of belonging.
