Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U (preferred) and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service using Walmart’s One Best Way (OBW) standards.
• Drive store performance by managing budgeting, inventory, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
