Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by managing budgets, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ensures compliance with policies and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
