Job summary

Walmart in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dynamic store leader to drive sales, develop teams through coaching and feedback, and uphold exceptional customer service across all store operations. You will lead by example, tour stores, communicate business goals, and implement change initiatives aligned with OBW standards and company direction.

Responsibilities include reviewing PL statements, budgeting and forecasting, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink control to meet profit targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates.
• Manage store operations, feedback, and customer service initiatives to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Review PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement company change efforts and promote a culture of belonging.
