Job summary

Belk in Hendersonville, TN is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and getting new merchandise ready for the floor. You will work closely with merchandising to place and sign product on shelves while supporting back-of-house organization.

This hourly role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with duties including unloading, tagging, floor sets, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare products for the sales floor.
• Assist with floor sets, product presentations, and price changes.
• Support facilities processes including lighting, work orders, and housekeeping.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize supplies and equipment.
• Apply sensor tags, transfer products, process damages, and RFID tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Follow asset protection and safety procedures to minimize risk.
