Job summary

This is an hourly position and requires flexibility for peak periods. You will work closely with merchandising teams to place and sign products, participate in promotions, and ensure product readiness on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare items for sales floor.
• Apply sensor tags, transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes including lighting and store maintenance.
• Support floor sets, merchandise presentations, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness; organize tools and equipment.
• Provide customer assistance to enhance in-store experience and assist during peak times.
• Contribute to positive store culture and follow safety procedures.
