Job summary

belk in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Operations Team Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by accurately processing inbound truck deliveries, ensuring new merchandise is ready for the floor, and supporting back-of-house organization and facilities tasks.

You will unload cartons, tag and transfer products, assist with floor sets, price changes, and order picking, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives.
• Unload cartons from truck deliveries, separate by department, and prep merchandise for the floor.
• Complete sensor tag application, transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities processes, including lighting, work orders, and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, product presentations, promotional sets, and price changes.
• Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness, and organize tools and stock.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to improve execution.
• Enhance customer experience by greeting customers and assisting during peak periods.
• Foster a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating teamwork.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
