Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced store leader to drive sales and customer service excellence across the designated store area. You will manage budgeting and expenses, ensure merchandising standards, and continuously improve processes to reduce shrink and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and giving feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales and manage budgeting, forecasting and expenses to meet profit goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve customer issues using one best way (OBW) service model.
• Coordinate staffing, hires, training, and associate development to meet growth targets.
• Promote store initiatives, open-door policy, and adherence to ethics and integrity standards.
