Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL/Profit Loss statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
