Job summary

Walmart in Cartersville, GA seeks an experienced store leader to drive financial performance and develop teams while delivering exceptional customer service. You will supervise hourly associates, set clear expectations, and implement process improvements across operations to meet sales and service goals.

You will engage with multiple levels of associates, uphold the Open Door Policy, and foster a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous learning as you execute merchandising and community

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drives the store’s financial performance by reviewing Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Promotes integrity and adherence to Open Door Policy and company ethics to guide business processes.
