• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms- specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train associates; mentor and assign duties; promote a belonging mindset.
• Lead and develop teams; provide feedback and guidance on store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Drive P&L, budgeting, and cost control; ensure inventory flow and customer service excellence.
• Promote integrity and accountability; lead change efforts and communicate business objectives to teams.
