Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend job trainings and assessments.
• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training associates, giving feedback, and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Drives store performance by managing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures excellent customer service, open communication, and adherence to Walmart values and policies.
