Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to complete job trainings and assessments.
• For firearm-related facilities, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• For ammo-only facilities, a state Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, coaching, and providing feedback across store operations.
• Manage store financials including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost controls to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate associates; promote a culture of belonging and ethical conduct.
• Ensure customer needs and complaints are resolved and drive process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
