Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and aligning with store objectives.
• Drives store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
