Job summary

Walmart is seeking a senior store leader based in Blytheville, AR to drive store performance and lead diverse teams in delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee training, budgeting, merchandising, and operations while implementing company change initiatives and maintaining a culture of belonging and integrity.

You will manage and mentor associates, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve sales and profit goals while embracing Walmart's OBW

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback; touring stores and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation; ensure high quality customer experience.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and promote belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support ethics and integrity through Open Door Policy and day-to-day practices.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
