Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking an experienced leader to oversee store operations, drive financial performance, and develop teams in a high-volume retail environment. You will mentor associates, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with our OBW standards.

A strong emphasis on inclusion and integrity guides day-to-day decisions. Primary location is a Walmart store in Shrewsbury, PA, with a focus on EDLP/EDLC models, compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, guiding store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs are resolved and improve customer experience through feedback and action plans.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, promoting belonging in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy and uphold ethics and integrity.
