Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; tours stores and provides feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations; implements action plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, and sets clear expectations for hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies and promotes a culture of belonging, ethics, and integrity.
• Works with leadership to develop and communicate business objectives and changes.
