Job summary

Walmart in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Store Manager to lead and develop teams, teach training, listen to associates, tour stores, provide feedback, and implement business solutions aligned with company direction.

You will drive sales and manage financials by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring excellent customer service through OBW standards and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college, or 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, complete CBC and firearms training.
• Attend and complete required trainings such as Academy and Open Door trainings

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback.
• Communicate store operations and support business initiatives.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Promote a culture of belonging and develop associates.
