• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required; for ammunition, state-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards, resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements for a high quality experience.
