CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a frontline brand ambassador across our financial services outlets in Bridgeton.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold regulatory standards while guiding staff and handling complex transactions. Responsibilities include presenting product options, performing cash handling, and coordinating with district leadership as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and cash handling requirements.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process all transactions per company policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
