You will coach your team to deliver athlete-ready experiences through accurate execution of merchandising, pricing, and signage, while supporting inventory and stockroom processes.

You will develop plans with leadership, build a strong team, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and coaching teammates.
• Strong focus on merchandising, pricing, and presentation.
• Knowledge of safety, loss prevention, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by guiding customers and maintaining presentation standards.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Create effective staff schedules and manage payroll to meet goals.
• Build and lead a capable team with coaching, recognition, and development.
• Enforce policies, ensure safety, and drive compliance across the store.
