Qualifications

• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks and stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks, including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits.
