CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, combining customer service and property maintenance to deliver an exceptional experience. In this role you will develop customer relationships, meet monthly sales goals, and perform daily tasks across leasing, payments, and unit showings while keeping facilities clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions while providing a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Performing daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and handling payments via POS system.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks and ensuring secure, clean facilities.
• Maintaining facility including cleaning, mopping, changing bulbs, and decluttering office space.
