Job summary

HTeaO is seeking a motivated and experienced New Store Opener/Trainer to ensure successful openings and provide comprehensive training to staff. This role requires a strong background in quick-service retail restaurant operations and a proven track record of delivering training programs.

You will lead store openings, coordinate with management, develop and deliver training, monitor food safety and quality, and mentor team members to uphold standards and guest experiences across new locations.

Qualifications

• Leadership or training experience in quick-service retail restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Flexibility for varying shifts and travel as openings are scheduled.
