Job summary

Krispy Krunchy Foods is seeking a Store Opening Specialist to lead in-store execution for NSOs across the assigned region. You will manage opening readiness, training, and post-opening transition to ensure timely, on-brand openings that meet operational standards.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Food Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within the first 60 days.
• 2-4 years of restaurant, convenience store, retail, foodservice, or store opening experience.
• Strong operational knowledge including food safety, sanitation, merchandising, food preparation, equipment operation, point-of-sale systems, and back-office procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight and air travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of New Store Openings, including opening readiness and opening-week operational support.
• Prepare stores for opening by coordinating setup of equipment, stations, and merchandising materials.
• Partner with Operators and store leadership to validate deliveries, equipment, and readiness.
• Install and validate NSO kits, signage, and brand standards.
• Train Operators and store teams on food safety, recipes, equipment operation, POS, and order platforms.
• Execute opening and closing checklists to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain opening documentation and training acknowledgements.
• Capture warranties and records in Salesforce or other systems.
