Job summary

Jordan’s Furniture is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our commissioned Retail Sales Consultants in a fast-paced, family‑oriented environment.

You will coach, motivate, and develop staff to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service on the showroom floor and over the phone.

Schedule includes days, nights, weekends; compensation features a base salary plus weekly commission and an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management/lead experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years sales experience (commission preferred).
• Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and direct others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating Commissioned Retail Sales Consultants in the Store.
• Observe, coach, and work on the sales floor with Sales Consultants to develop and improve staff selling skills to their fullest potential.
• Overseeing Sales Consultants to ensure that optimal levels of customer service are met.
• Effectively interacting in person and on the telephone with customers and various departments in the resolution of sales orders and customer situations.
• Training and updating Sales Consultants on all products, store policies, and analyzing daily business to ensure efficient operations.
• Working with Sr. Managers to meet or exceed established sales volume goals.
