Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a diligent Office role to oversee money flow for stores and process customer transactions at the store office. You will lead office teammates, train staff, and ensure accuracy in deposits, cash handling, and record-keeping.

You will ensure compliance with AML and government regulations, review money orders and other financial activities, and support store operations with efficient office processes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain HIPAA compliance.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Oversee AML and government money regulations by reviewing money orders and other transactions.
• Conduct daily office audits and prepare bank deposit records.
• Balance cash drawer and supervise cash handling procedures.
• Investigate shortages and variances; report to management.
• Maintain records of purchases and transactions and ensure documentation.
• Stay current on tender policies for checks, credit, debit, coupons, and AML.
