Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification and Tobacco/Alcohol certification (where applicable) within 2 weeks of starting.
• AML certification within 2 weeks of starting.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise office staff; schedule and direct work.
• Oversee AML compliance and monetary transactions.
• Prepare bank deposits; run reports; balance drawers.
• Maintain accurate office records and respond to inquiries.
• Handle customer transactions and provide friendly service.
• Answer calls; coordinate emails; manage office supplies.
• Know product codes; stay aware of ads and specials.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco, alcohol, and related laws.
