Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee money flow, cashier activities, and office operations in our retail stores. You will supervise office staff, ensure accurate deposits, and promote excellent customer service at checkout locations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and certifications in HIPAA/AML as applicable. The position offers fulltime hours and benefits as part of a safe retail team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two years of related experience.
• Age 21+ to drive for company business where required.
• HIPAA, AML, and tobacco/alcohol certifications must be completed within 2 weeks.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop store partners; plan schedules and direct work.
• Oversee AML compliance and money-handling policies.
• Conduct daily office audits and verify bank deposits.
• Balance cash drawers and protect safe funds.
• Investigate overages/shortages and report to Store Director.
• Coordinate with retail staff to resolve office issues.
• Maintain and file purchase and transaction records.
• Ensure adherence to laws on tobacco, alcohol, and restricted items.
