Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, seeks a Merchandise Manager at the McMurray, PA store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to keep pricing accurate and promotions timely.

You will lead with strong workload planning, coach team members, and ensure a customer-ready store environment with efficient stock movement and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience ensuring SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Experience in merchandising, planograms, pricing and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, and accountability for store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
