You will lead workload planning, manage in-stock levels with SISO routines, oversee planogram and backroom organization, train teams, and partner with store leadership to deliver a customer-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with store operations and SOP compliance.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and promotions.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving, with accurate documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; support Asset Protection.
