The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Manager for Replenishment and Merchandising in McMurray, PA. You will lead replenishment, merchandising sets, and inventory control to ensure a customer-ready store environment and accurate pricing.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, floor leadership, truck unloading, planogram execution, and staff development. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with planogram compliance and visual merchandising.
• Strong inventory management and stock replenishment skills.
• Ability to execute pricing changes accurately and on time.
• Ability to lead and develop store team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Manage Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Maintain backroom organization and visual merchandising.
• Drive in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Maintain pricing integrity across systems.
• Train and develop team members.
