Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Pittsburgh Mills, PA area location. This role drives merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, and visual standards to deliver a customer-ready store environment.

The Merchandise Manager will lead SOP adherence, provide MOD coverage, and manage in-stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while guiding a team through structured training and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in store operations and SOP adherence.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Experience with planogram and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely merchandising on the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and in-stock levels.
• Support a clean, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
