Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Springfield, PA location. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead pricing accuracy, timely promotional execution, and inventory control while coaching and developing team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing and inbound shipments, ensuring timely flow to the sales floor.
• Manage planogram execution and visual standards to company expectations.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and ensure promotional execution is timely.
• Own workload planning, staff alignment, and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment accuracy, and stock movement.
