Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service issues.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates and provides onboarding and training.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
