Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays with accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing of the store, including cash security, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty to oversee store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per corporate guidelines; ensures inventory integrity.
