Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Operates store opening/closing procedures: securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides coaching on policies and procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with properly displayed promotions and updated signage.
• Ensures compliance with Inventory Integrity process.
