Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and promotions.
• Handles store opening/closing including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training of new hires.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
